So on top of it all got NO sleep due to the loud night activities of the area. $216 for no elevator (staff not offering to help with our bags) no AC and being placed in a room that’s window faces Eddy & Mason. Upon arrival we can’t even get into the lobby for 15 mins as you need a room key to open the locked door 24/7 (which I can appreciate, given the area and the people who frequent it) finally someone medicine and checked in with told that they sent us a letter explaining that they have no working elevator and the rooms do not have AC… We were placed on the fifth floor and had to bring our bags up 5 flights of very steep and NARROW steps and do this every time we wanted to come and go from our room. However, that’s about the only positive thing I really have to say about my stay. We were able to get an early check in which was great…. I really wanted to love this place, prior to arriving I was looking forward to staying here biased off the photos and description on Expedia.
This is one of the top worst 3 hotels I will never ever forgot how bad it was to stayed in this hotel. I had traveled the globe and stayed in hundreds of hotels in 50 cities around the world.
You will not feel safe, or feel welcome to this hotel. Please believe all the bad reviews you are reading about this so call “hotel” do yourself a favour and stay away from this hotel. I even put up the sign that need a maid service, no one came.įrom all four employees who work there that I met only a nice gentleman who greeted me in the morning and make me feel like a guest of the hotel. For three nights that I was there no one cleaning my room and no one come to empty the bin. I was unable to get onto the internet while there, which. Homeless is everywhere and the front of the entrance of the hotel is very dirty and disgusting. The staff is very kind, and continental breakfast is provided in the breakfast room for a small fee. The safe in the room is not working, and the sound from the street is keeping me up all night. Fine maybe he was tired but he have no business being there at the reception.Īfter I checked in my room, the room was big enough but the bed looked like someone already sleeping there before me.
